Seeking a full-time or part-time assistant to manage client info and general office tasks. This position involves scanning and filing documents, interaction with staff and monitoring the exchange of information between client and CPA staff.
In addition, regular office tasks will be performed (scanning, assembling tax returns, etc.).
We are a small office, with streamlined operations. The office is busy and the ability to have several tasks going at once is important, as is a positive disposition and courteous and professional attitude with clients and staff.
Strong organization skills and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
