Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a growth-minded Sales Representative to help our organization continue to record growth. You will have the opportunity to make a significant and direct impact on our clients while achieving your extraordinary financial and professional goals. While applicants with proven sales and leadership success are preferred, we are willing to train entry-level candidates who possess some key characteristics.

Salary range: $43000 - $51000 per year.

• Make inbound and outbound calls with leads.
• Provide recommendations to clients that best serve their needs by referencing our product offerings and customization capabilities.
• Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients and handle complaints or objections.
• Continuously pursue to improve key selling skills, including building rapport, handling objections, understanding customer needs, and closing sales.
• Build a robust sales pipeline projecting three to four quarters in the future.
• Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management.
• Prepare clients for enrollment calls, and help clients with the document gathering requirements.
• Ensure proper business process and compliance controls.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales experience.
• Exceptional ability to obtain new business or grow existing businesses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills- can convey messages and points to both clients and other team members.
• Goal-oriented and sports-minded.
• Able to rapidly acquire and maintain high levels of product and service knowledge.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
