Job Description
The ideal candidate should possess strong account management skills and be a proven people leader. They should have the ability to deliver services as per agreed service levels, manage workflows in a distributed work environment, and lead or participate actively in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Salary range: $45000 - $55000 per year.
Responsibilities:- Own the customer communication relationship during the sales fulfillment process.
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
- Coordinate presales deliverables and share key information between the client and sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and product.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to improve workflows.
- Brainstorm the development of internal apps to assist with the post-sales processes.
- Maintain quick response times between clients and all internal teams.
Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, Marketing or similar preferred.
- Prior to customer or client service work or related experience required.
- Ability to handle a high volume, complex inquiries, and high-profile client base
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to multi-task, manage through conflict, and use priority setting to accomplish goals required.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Effective presentation and training skills required.
- Strong learning agility, in order to quickly gain expertise on.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Account management or other relevant experience is an asset.
