Looking for a Dynamic A/P, A/R & Purchasing Specialist

Through6, LLC is looking for an experienced individual to join our team in our new Sanford, North Carolina location. We are searching for a self starter who will manage the daily operation involving accounting functions, inventory tracking and office management. Exceptional experience in AP/AR, QuickBooks and STRONG attention to detail is required. Must have purchasing experience, ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and manage a fast paced environment.

This candidate must know all aspects of QuickBooks and be proficient with charts of accounts, reporting and must have purchasing experience. Work experience in the apparel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Daily accounts payable and receivables

- Bank reconciliations

- Purchasing

- Journal entries

- Making bank deposits

- Processing payments

- Maintain and manage positive and effective vendor relationships

- Maintain accurate A/P files both physical and electronic

- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment

- Perform filing and general administrative tasks

- Preparing documents for the accountant and CEO

- Financial reporting to the CEO

- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO, Executive Director a nd/or other assigned leadership staff.
