Rapidly growing professional, Service oriented company, is looking for an SALES/ INSTALL MANAGER to help lead our high-performing Install department. This individual will be responsible for closing sales based off of incoming leads and/or self generated leads. This person will grow in the position and eventually play a key role in overseeing a team of install mechanics who in a rapidly growing heating and air conditioning company.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will possess the ability to manage new construction and installations, have a good understanding of all projects, and possess the ability to configure load calculations. Sales and growth of the business is extremely important; therefore, you must possess the knowledge, skills and ability to sell jobs as well. The ideal candidate will support the owner by assisting and overseeing daily projects as well as long term projects to ensure timeliness, cost effectiveness and quality of the work performed.

Experience/Education:

Project Management: 3 years

HVAC Install Field Experience: 5 plus years

HVAC: 5 plus years

People Development: 3 years

We are looking for an ambitious self starter who is goal oriented. Organization and time management is critical to success. Must possess great Customer Service skills as well as the ability to positively interact with the entire team.

Salary: Extremely competitive to Market, Commensurate with Experience: Will be compensated on a bonus structure for sales.
