Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Architect with our client in the financial industry in their Jacksonville, FL location. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Description:
  • The resource will be brought on to help Broker Transfer Team with the IIP Project
  • The resource will be involved with New Development for Broker Transfer Application supporting the IIP Project.
  • The resource will be required to design, code, test and deploy new software
  • Works independently to apply enterprise policies and industry technical direction to application platform and team development practices
  • Continually consults with a line of business, enterprise architecture, information security, technical support, and other internal organizations
  • Reads code in multiple languages in order to thoroughly understand the current state before requesting changes
  • Generates and updates documentation of system features, interfaces, and infrastructure
  • Creates component and solution architecture drawings for new initiative development
  • Participates in code reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance
  • Interprets code architecture and design goals for developers and sets the future direction
  • Acts as a technical Product Owner in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, story grooming, sprint demos, and retrospectives (meetings start at 8:30 ET to accommodate both US and India participants)

Requirements:
  • .Net Core
  • 10+ years of development experience required
  • 5+ Years of ReactJS skill needed
  • 3+ years of Agile experience required (Agile certification strongly preferred)
  • Preferred experience: WPF, IOC Containers, JavaScript transpilers, AngularJS, IBM MQ, J2EE, Visual Basic 6.0, C
  • Ability to work on multiple deliverables simultaneously, adhere to tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience working on large scale enterprise systems
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
  • Need a strong resource for Distributed Developer

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with C#, .Net MVC 5, HTML5, .NET Framework 4.5, WebAPI REST Services, LINQ, use of ORM, stored procedure development in Oracle (or other RDMS)
