One of our premier partners is looking for a Financial Information Systems Analyst with extensive knowledge and experience with Workday Financials. The position is remote during the pandemic but our partner would like the successful candidate to be located in Harrisburg once it is safe.The position maintains monthly financial application processing, and is responsible for Workday reporting, Facets testing, and Crystal Reports. Additional tasks include PC support, IT liaison, department security provisioning support, and user training.Candidates must have comprehensive experience with Workday report development and departmental request support. They must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field, and at least 3 years of financial work or experience analyzing, designing, and supporting financial, Microsoft Office, and vendor financial applications. Report development experience utilizing Workday, Microsoft Office, SAS, Crystal and/or other corporate reporting tools is a must.Areas of expertise should include:

  • Workday Financial applications
  • Database and application design techniques and methodologies, including Microsoft Access and Excel support.
  • Report development tools such as Crystal Reports and SAS.
  • Financial concepts and theory.
  • Healthcare claim and billing systems (or similar).
  • project management methodologies.
The successful candidate must effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization to present ideas and recommendations, interpret specific user needs and represent the department on various project teams, etc. They must also support and process end user security requests, and work with internal IT security staff.
