What’s this job about/type of person we are seeking:Looking for salespeople, folks who can bring in new clients & business.
  • You should be a highly motivated individual with high standards and work ethic. You should be internally driven to succeed and earn significant dollars based on your success. You should be a college graduate, and if you were an athlete, even better.
  • 1-2+ years of professional sales or technical recruiting experience to executive is preferred, but will consider less experienced as well.
  • Positive attitude, motivation and drive are what this position demands.
  • Generally interested in technology, with a working knowledge of technical terminology, IE: UI/UX, Big Data, Application Development, etc.
  • Drive to deliver excellence while staying cool under pressure
  • The ability to balance small details and the big picture
  • The enthusiasm to do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Time management, running a busy calendar (i.e. scheduling meetings, conference calls, interviews, and meet-ups) with a very fast pace
  • Additionally, Pierce is always on the lookout for technical recruiters.

  • Bring in business by being an aggressive hunter
  • Build trust and credibility with prospects/customers, and contractors
  • Expand Pierce’s presence and acquire new customers
  • Maintain and grow personal networks, and professional organizations
  • Prospect, build relationships, and close business
  • Consistently update job knowledge including technologies and sales strategies/skills

Location Requirement:
  • Located in the NYC region, ideally central NJ, (Holmdel, NJ) and available for customer related travel up to 75% within the tri state region.
