Job Description:Engages with business partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques. Manages design or redesign of processes or projects using six sigma methodologies. Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement. Builds action plans and drives execution. May manage teams to achieve process or project objectives. Processes are within a product or service delivery within a single business unit or department and are typically directed toward improving a single business, product, or function. May be Green Belt or Black Belt certified.This position is part of the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) organization which defines the requirements, processes, and tools to support change execution for the firm. As such, ECM is charged with maintaining those requirements, process, and tools in a way to drives continuous improvement for the firm.Process Design Consultant engages with business and technology partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques. The role is expected to analyze current state processes, document use cases, determine high level business requirements, and conduct detailed business requirements gathering. Initiates and provides leadership, strategic/tactical direction and planning input on all client/business area issues supported and represent prioritization which meets current and anticipated business requirements and objectives. The role is expected to handle stakeholder management, drive operational efficiencies, manage risk and controls in addition to core requirements management.Responsibilities:

  • Process design, automation and optimization
  • Engage with stakeholders and understand expectations
  • Maintain platform strategy for respective operational areas
  • Facilitate review of business requirements with stakeholders and seek approvals
  • Transition business requirements to development team
  • Facilitate review of system design
  • Support user adoption/ readiness activities
  • Support walkthrough of functionality to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong process orientation, ability to problem solve and manage multiple moving parts, sense of urgency, attention to detail
  • Experience in any Business Process Management tools
  • Demonstrated ability for process design, process re-engineering, and stakeholder management
  • Prior experience with the end to end change process as defined within the Global Change Policy
  • Understanding of Financial Services sector and products
  • Process design and use case development
  • Working knowledge in Agile/SDLC methodology
  • Must be well-organized with attention to detail and possess the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to build positive working relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
