Location: Anywhere in the USAClient is looking for a dynamic and ambitious salesperson to help evangelize Client and digital services deals. We have an opening for an experienced sales executive to join our Energy and Utilities sales team. We are looking for a track record of proven success

with 5+ years of ERP, Application Managed Services, Digital Transformation consulting services sales.

As Sales Director with Birlasoft, you are a hunter and sales leader experienced in selling into Enterprise accounts. As a successful candidate, you are a creative, energetic, self-starter who understands the sales process. You know how to sell innovation and business value and can drive deals forward to compress decision cycles. Always hunting for new opportunities, you must be able to rapidly land new accounts while cross-selling and up-selling into existing accounts. Along with the chance to close exciting deals, we also offer accelerators above quota attainment.

Outcomes
  • Close net new accounts
  • Efficiently identify and close opportunities while managing longer, complex expansion sale cycles
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Utilize a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
  • Evangelize Birlasoft's enterprise technologies and services
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers
  • Prioritize opportunities and applying appropriate resources

Competencies
  • A minimum of 5+ years of closing sales experience in IT consulting services.

    MUST have experience in the Energy & Utilities sectors.
  • You have previously worked in a growth-focused software or consulting services company and you know how to navigate and be successful in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to simply articulate the business benefits of Birlasoft capabilities and solutions
  • Proven successful track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Success closing net new accounts while expanding existing accounts
