Reporting to the Director of Operations, we are looking for someone who is self-managed, with excellent follow-up skills to see projects through to completion.

Job DetailsPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:Initiate, drive and report on all tower, rooftop and other antenna co-location projectsManage external acquisition teams to ensure an efficient and economic deploymentMaintain point of contact relationships with tower site owners and landlordsNegotiate site agreements and arrangements with site landlordsDetermine site requirements relating to acquisition, documentation, and installationReview incoming site agreements for common desirable and undesirable languageBroker language negotiations between Senet and tower companies; making necessary modifications, and coordinate execution routing between multiple organizationsMaintain all site documentation in a centralized databaseMonitor current agreements and dates, working within the organization to make sure that all leases are terminated or renewed based on customer and network needsHelp to identify construction teams to expedite installation processComply with all necessary regulatory and engineering requirements including permitting, structural studies, etc.Work closely with our internal construction and maintenance team by updating them with site progress and requirementsAct as a point of contact for internal and external site related inquiriesAdditional Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in managing construction and maintenance effortsHelp gather data for future equipment quantity and specification requirementsMaintain a willingness to help others in any way possible when availableTravel: Up to 25% travel required in the US in support of network developmentQualifications and Skills Required:Bachelor's degree or higher; or an honorable Military discharge5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in the wireless/telecom industryExcellent communication/writing skills and ability to work on a teamAdaptability and willingness to flow with a changing environmentSelf-managed with excellent follow-up skillsTop notch organizational and documentation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office ProductsInterested in hearing more?
