Sr. ASIC PROGRAM MANAGERWe have the below full time position with our client in Santa Clara, CA (This is a SoC company with headquarter in Japan)Pls send your resume with your salary expectation.Have ASIC design/development experience on datacenter switch/storage/server design projects.We are seeking an ASIC Program Manager to work on our Datacenter projects, based in the Sunnyvale, CA. The Datacenter team is a leader in developing high-performance custom silicon products with a focus on compute server, storage systems, network switch and router applications.The primary responsibilities include:- Manage ASIC projects from pre-sales, through design award to tape-out and production
- Provide program management support to existing and new ASIC customers
Skills:- Have semiconductor ASIC/Foundry industry experience.
- ASIC design, ASIC program management and leadership experience
- Experience with post tape-out customer support and operations from GDSII to Mass Production
- Knowledge of high-speed serial interface technologies such as Gigabit Ethernet, memory interfaces
- Have understanding of fab processes, package technologies, IOs, IP, test etc.
- Familiar with technical aspects of IP design and development hard and soft IP
