We are an established tax and financial services firm with over 30 years of experience in our industry. We are Hiring virtual tax professionals with NO experience is needed. Our positions are work from home we pay VERY HIGH commission splits (double the industry average) for your own clients depends on volume we have a minimum base fee on all tax forms used. We pay a prep fee of $50-125 for the clients we provide to you. We have 24hr self-paced training available. Our training and tax software is web-based. We have company webinars frequently for additional training and support. Commissions are PAID WEEKLY All positions must be filled by 01/18/2021 for this coming tax season. We provide clients and many marketing incentives to help our tax professionals jump-start their careers.

We TRAIN YOU on company software, products and services will be provided.

Responsibilities Include:

EXPERIENCE- PLUS but not NEEDED

Gathering and organizing data for tax preparation

Prepare federal and state income tax returns using company tax software

Reviews financial records, such as prior tax return forms, income statements, and documentation of

expenditures to determine forms needed to prepare the return.

Interview client to obtain additional information on taxable income, deductible expenses and

allowances.

Requirements

Prepare individual federal and multi-state tax returns

Able to make recommendations to clients for add-on services

Bonus if you currently have a book of business

Can pass a background check and basic tax preparation test

Ability to obtain a PTIN through the IRS by December 31, 2020 (A MUST)

GREAT customer service skills, Driven & Outgoing a MUST

Strong understanding of income tax services or you must be a quick learner

Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments on a tight

Deadline with outstanding interpersonal skills

You will mainly work mobile or virtual if you are in an area where we have an office location, you can use it in the office on an as-needed basis.
