This is a Full Time/Year Round Intermediate Level position (but willing to train the right person) with benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability and 401k with complimentary use of all Black Butte Ranch amenities.

Reservations Agents play a key role in generating revenue for Black Butte Ranch. The Reservations Team fields 800-1,000 calls per month during the peak season and skillfully converts these inquiries into confirmed vacation reservations. Our agents are ‘vacation makers’ not ‘order takers’. In this role you will accomplish the following:

· Work collaboratively to exceed the operational goals and strategic objectives

· Listen to potential guests, create vacation reservations to match their requests, and provide quotes

· Book group lodging including wedding parties, corporate retreats, family reunions and many others

Qualifications:

· Hospitality and/or sales experience

· Customer service experience

· Computer proficient

· Multi-line phone experience

· Proficient or previous experience using SMS (Springer Miller Systems) or other reservations computer systems
