We are in search of a hardworking, professional, Residential Comfort Advisor ready to take their sales career to the next level! The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience with a proven track record of success.

Position Summary: You will meet with current and potential customers in their homes and evaluate and present options for new or replacement HVAC systems/Components. Your will meet or exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment all while performing excellent customer service!

Pay Scale: Base Wage $20 HR plus Commission.

Schedule: 40+ hours per week, some overtime as necessary

Required Qualifications:

Prior outside sales experience; preferably in HVAC or similar industry

Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Outgoing, enjoys working with people and driven for success

Well organized and ability to work independently

Ability to pass background check
