Accounts Payable Clerk

Established family owned local property management company and a high end athletic and social club looking for one well rounded and dynamic individual to act as Accounts Payable clerk. This full time regular position would be responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient compilation and maintenance of accounts payable records for both companies.

The qualified applicant will possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and general database computer software programs

Excellent customer service skills

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Strong written and oral communication

The ability to work independently

A proficiency for working in a team environment

This is a full time position that provides medical and dental benefits, paid time off and a full Club membership.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
