Inside Salesperson / Interior Coordinator

GTS Interior Supply serves the construction industry throughout the Pacific Northwest with 24 locations. GTS delivers quality building materials to jobs both large and small. Our Eugene location is seeking to hire an Inside Salesperson/Interior Coordinator.

Key Result Areas:

1. Sales Support and Customer Service - primary function will include supporting full product line sales by developing and maintaining business relationships with customers and enhancing yard sales by utilizing suggestive selling skills and targeting profitable SKUs; processes walk-in and call-in orders and credits on computer terminal.

2. Inventory Management - assists yard with cycle counts and physical inventories; may fill inter-office orders; stocks shelves, prices items and maintains display area

3. Administration - assists Yard Manager on an occasional basis with checking, correcting and confirming invoices; hand-writes invoices as needed, will be receiving and processing COD orders

4. Safety and Cleanliness - maintains clean, obstacle free work area; cleans office, kitchen and front counter area; performs work in a safe manner

5. Performs Other Duties As Assigned - pulls will call orders as needed; may perform product deliveries as needed; assist other inside support employees as necessary

3. Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

4. Demonstrated ability to organize work and manage time effectively.

6. Demonstrated ability to work as an integral member of a team in satisfying customer needs and/or corporate goals.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

1. Thorough knowledge of commercial products and their applications

2. Thorough knowledge of the stocking process

3. Spreadsheet software usage and applications
