Position Description: The work location for our Lead Generation Specialistposition will be in the West End of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15220. Our Lead Generation Specialistposition is an Inside Office position, which has a work schedule of Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Our Lead Generation Specialist is often required to work independently.

Essential Job Duties:

- Provide qualified leads and schedule confirmed appointments for the sales team to generate new business.

- Make 15-30 calls per day to prospective clients to gather security contract related information. This is necessary to determine if BKS is

interested in pursuing a business relationship with the prospect’s company.

- Schedule 2-3 meetings per week

- Accurately maintain, update and buildrecords in PipeDrive (CRMsystem).

- Follow up on BKS marketing campaigns and corporate attended events.

- Generate new prospect leads by making telephone calls to prospective clients who have responded to our marketing campaigns.

- Engage and interact with newprospective and senior level decision makers to identify new and emerging business opportunities.

- Relationship buildingwith potential and existing clients.

- Identify key decision making contacts and qualify opportunities for strategic selling services to generate business

and increase profitability.

- Speak positively and enthusiastically about us and ourproducts and services to ensure that a professional company and brand image is

provided at all times to customers and colleagues.

- Perform appropriateresearch on prospective companyprofiles to ensure that they meet our objectives.

- Communicate professionally and courteously with all customers by telephone,email and social media.

- Responsive to all social media, web form,telephone and other inquiries.

- Manage and update all company social media accounts (i.e. Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Systems updating and reporting to include maintaining CRM system, identifying renewal opportunities, and providing management

with various reports.
