Johnny C. Perez Agency is looking for an Administrative Assistant:
Our office is located in the peaceful Shavano Oaks business district immediately off of 1604 and Lockhill-Selma. We currently have an office manager and assistant manager and are looking for an administrative assistant that can play a support role to the agent and assist management with day to day tasks as needed such as uploading email lists into CRM system and sending out monthly birthday cards.
Responsibilities:
Be a support to agent in making calls and sending emails to obtain all pending underwriting information on pending policies
Make 15-20 outbound calls to prospective clients and schedule appointments accordingly
Process client information and properly scan and upload into the client account
Poses ability to cross-sell and upsell new and existing clients
Be punctual and effective
Requirements:
Be or become life insurance licensed within 30 days
Have reliable transportation
Work a full time schedule with occasional variable hours evenings and weekends
Computer literate, able to use Google Drive and Google Suites, synchronize calendar, use interoffice chat
Bilingual preferred but not required
Must bring a positive attitude to the work environment with drive and ambition to succeed
P&C Licensed with experience preferred but not required
Must posses proper speaking and writing skills
Compensation:
$9 per hour with opportunity to earn monthly bonuses and commission (opportunity to earn over $30K annually)
