Seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented individual for a full-time position at our Morrisville office who is capable of completing functions with precision.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensures business financial management
Maintains accounting system
Assists in planning and forecasting activities transparently with business partners to achieve business and company goals
Prepares and reviews financial reports
Prepares financial forecasts
Provides financial reports and communication with company CPA and officers
Oversees and maintains AR/AP
Handles payroll, employee benefits, payroll taxes
Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance
Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets
Assists management to make financial decisions
Investigates means to improve profitability
Reviews and processes payments of the company
Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business
Qualifications / Skills:
Strong understanding of confidentiality
Proficient in QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Office
Strong quantitative skills
Organized and thorough
Responsible
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Adept at analyzing information
Decision making skills
Must be able to pass a background check
Education and Experience Requirements:
BA or BS in economics, finance, accounting, economics, or related field
3-5 years financial management experience
