ResponsibilitiesWe are actively searching for qualified candidates for this potential opening. We do not have assurance at this time that the position will be opened and when. This position is contingent upon contract award. An Active Secret clearance is required Perspecta has a need for a Program Analyst to sit onsite with our customer at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.In this role you will:
  • Support development of program/budget scheduling and planning, including recommendations for program objectives, operating schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Prepare documentation in support of Milestone Decisions and reviews.
  • Provide input and recommendations in the development of strategic business plans and processes, including implementation and direct support of Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and process management

Qualifications
  • Secret Clearance Possess knowledge of Department of Defense acquisition policies (e.g., DoD 5000.02, AR 70-1, etc.).
  • Experience developing Review Acquisition & Procurement Requirement Documents (e.g., Acquisition Plans (AP), Procurement Request Packages, etc.).
  • Experience with program reporting capability (e.g., Acquisition Program Baseline via AcqBiz).
  • Ability to plan and assist with major system life cycle support tasks/functions, as required.
  • Familiarity with all contract types prescribed by the FAR.
  • Experience with unique contract requirements for critical and urgent contingency operations (UCO) and FMS
  • Strong understanding of program requirements and priorities, as well as the requirements and limitations imposed by the FAR, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Army Federal Acquisition Regulations (AFARs), and local policy and regulations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience as a Program Analyst is required
    • Substitutions: Four (4) additional years of related experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree

The successful candidate and possess and be able to maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance, as a qualification and condition for employment. For Colorado Residents
