DevOps Engineer with Salesforce

DevOps Engineer with Salesforce Boston, MA (remote for now)6 Months Role:This resource will be responsible to ensure all Salesforce updates move from development through staging to production. Preferably should have past experience working with overlapping product release cycles. Please look for the following - salesforce background (experience with platform production deployments in an agile environment) and experience with CI tools, specifically Git and Jenkins. Requirement:

• IT DevOps Leader with experience helping enterprise organizations implement CI/CD
• Automation of CI/ CD using Jenkins
• Proficiency developing Jenkins script preferably in conjunction with salesforce Ant Migration Tool and/or salesforcedx cli
• Proficiency with Git based source control and Git branching strategies, some common models used by Salesforce development teams such as the feature branch model.
• Understanding of basics of developing and deploying on the salesforce platform
• Familiar with salesforce metadata API
• Exposure to Salesforce deployment tools (gearset, copado, flosum) nice to have
• Exposure to VSCode IDE with Salesforce Extensions for Visual Studio Code nice to have
