- Manage the rollout of an effective and efficient ratings and reviews program that drives measurable business value in a highly regulated industry
- Maintain a prioritized roadmap of online rating and review program tactics; take a data-driven approach to growing and expanding the program
- Build relationships with field leaders and communicate with base shops on a regular basis; train and guide the salesforce on Search Engine Optimization and assist them in building their online reputation, ratings, and reviews
- Collaborate with technology, legal, operational areas, customer feedback and social media teams to ensure that ratings and reviews are monitored and measured, that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and complaint processes are followed to mitigate risk
- Coordinate with content creators to support the field in building their online presence (e.g., Google My Business); coordinate with the social media team and marketing to ensure content and messaging consistency
- Develop impactful but easy to understand reports and visuals that clearly communicate key program goals, activities, and progress to the field and corporate leadership
- Collaborate with team members and agency partners to develop charts, presentations and other documentation as needed communicate and champion the progress of enhancing field reputation and reviews

- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing and/or related field
- 5-7 years of Search Engine Optimization and project management experience combined
- Experience working with a variety of project management and communication tool such as Microsoft Office/O365 and Zoom
- Proven combination of skills in analysis, problem solving, and consulting
- Preferred experience working within financial services or another highly regulated industry
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to different business models and objectives
