Core Business Operations - vNOC Solutions Analyst Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? Read more about our opportunity below Work you'll do/Responsibilities •vNOC Team members support the day-to-day operations of a team of network operations specialists and Incident Managers •Will respond to supporting Incident Managers for service interruptions until restoration is achieved, identification, addressing high priority issues in a timely manner, while prioritizing and distributing of team workload to achieve the results. •Create and maintain vNOC knowledge articles, runbooks, and SOPS and communicate to external support teams as necessary and support Tier 2 major incidents, and problem management The TeamOur Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts. Required Qualifications:•Experience handling technical requests on standard windows infrastructure laptops, desktops, VMWare, and basic Microsoft software solutions •Ability to troubleshoot routers, switches firewalls on solutions such as: Cisco 6500, AnyConnect VPN, F5, VOIP, Nexus 5000 and Check Point•Solid technical exposure on TCP/IP, VLAN, SMP, IPX/SPX, IGRP or any other network/infrastructure environments •Knowledge of ticket/case documentation applications to log client issues and track resolution of problem tickets •Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future•Must live or relocate to Gilbert, AZ.•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent working experience •Must be able to travel up to 30% (while 30% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice).
