Job DetailsThe Product Marketing Manager will work closely with key cross-functional stakeholders across product management, segment marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize the growth of the Ontario, Healthcare Vertical, Revenue Cycle Management product portfolio. Responsibilities include partnering on Go-To-Market plans; new product launches; leading voice of the customer research, building customer personas and supporting the development of business cases for the product management team to justify strategic product investment.Become an expert on the customers and market segments; develop and maintain a deep understanding of the revenue cycle management and payments ecosystem, actively monitoring, communicating and acting upon changes relevant to customers, segment and competitionLead the launch of new products and releases ensuring operational readiness across all stakeholdersLead segmentation efforts to evaluate TAM, SAM and SOM for new products or to assist in cross-sell/upsell of existing products into new market segmentsLead voice of the customer research to validate pain points and fuel future product enhancements and/or new product conceptsPartner with the Sales Training teams to deliver training on both new and existing products and marketsDevelop customer personas and effective messaging and positioning to serve as content for marketing programs, that differentiate OS solutions in the market, and communicate the value of our solutions to multiple buyer typesConduct and maintain competitive analysis to augment positioning messages and product roadmapsOwn Win/Loss analysisDevelop a repository of customer testimonials, case studies and reference customers across all products/segmentsWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business (Marketing or Finance). MBA preferred.4+ years of experience in product marketing, or other marketing role/sExperience bringing new products to marketExperience in the Digital Payments/Debt Collection or Healthcare Rev Cycle Management highly desirableExcellent quantitative/analytical skillsExcellent writing and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage projects involving cross-functional teamsPragmatic Marketing training preferredInterested in hearing more?
