This position utilizes knowledge and experience with a variety of human resources, benefits and payroll concepts, practices, and procedures to identify needs and create solutions to resolve them. This position provides leadership in day to day support, strategic planning, design and implementation of current and future applications to support all aspects related to HR and Payroll operations within the company; administers the current UKG HCM systems, and acts as a technical lead for all HCM systems and applications; provides management support for all projects and initiatives providing a structured and value added HR systems architecture; interfaces and collaborates with internal clients in managing vendor and contractor relationships.What you bring to the tableEducation:Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Human Resources, or other applicable field from an accredited college or university,

or

Equivalent experience.

Expereince:5 years’ experience with HRIS/HCM systems.

3 years with UKG HCM systems.

Three or more years with UltiPro systems desired.

Strong understanding of HRIS/HCM systems and data design, data access tools and SaaS environments.

Licenses/Certifications:None required.

What you will doCoordinates and leads the development, implementation, modification and maintenance of UKG HR, Timekeeping and Payroll applications including but not limited to: Maintenance of Pay Rules; Setup and maintenance of PTO accruals; Setup and maintenance of Master Data including Job Codes and Position Codes.

Design, creation and maintenance of system and reporting interfaces

Design and configure attendance rules

Design, creation, and maintenance of HR process workflows.

Leads administration of UKG (UltiPro, Kronos Dimensions) applications and platforms, including database and table maintenance, application maintenance and upgrades, licenses, and platform maintenance and upgrades.

Acts as IT liaison to HR and Payroll for HCM systems. Provides technical resource support for ancillary HR application owners and HR initiatives.

Creates and maintains technical documentation including requirements analysis, data flow diagrams, software/configuration specifications, operational procedures, and other related documentation.

Defines, maintains, and enforces HCM Policies and Procedures.

Execute HCM application administration tasks, including system configuration setting, HCM software application administration, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

Coordinate team of resources responsible for supporting the HCM environment.

Partner with HR and other end-users to facilitate the identification, analysis, and documentation of business needs and requirements; leads the creation of technical specifications, design documentation, and testing strategies for above business requirements.

Create and implement audits and analysis to ensure system integrity and identify process improvement opportunities.

Maintains strong partnerships with HR, Payroll and other stakeholders.

Coordinate integration solutions using the UKG’s integration tools, including business process analysis, design, development and testing

Support other IT functions in selection, analysis and implementation of new tools; providing recommendations and serving as technical resource.

Troubleshoot failures in application functionality and scheduled activities

Perform other duties as assigned.
