Job Description

• Participate in several marketing communications and promotional programs and activities.

• Work well with a team and comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging with new people in person and digitally.

• Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person/department.

• Notify the General Manager of facility issues, cleaning requests, and security issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador or similar role.

• Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrate efficient and flexible time management and able to prioritize workload.

• Able and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency

• Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic.

• Self-starter with a strong desire to exceed expectations and capable of supporting a team.

• Able to effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve business objectives.

• Attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary.
