At our location on 7th Ave & Grand in Phoenix, Arizona (711 Grand Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85007)

We are an express exterior car wash company who wants to serve you. Our company is growing (24 locations throughout Phoenix, Tucson & Flagstaff and Yuma area's) with a desire to create opportunities for employee growth. We begin by hiring for our entry level position of Customer Service Representative. CSR's primary role is to serve our teammates and our customers in the day-to-day operations of our car wash. We then share our time, effort and knowledge to help guide you through our Developmental Career Plan.

Compensation:

Compensation is $12.50 + COMMISSIONS, most of our employees average an additional $2 per hour when considering their commission. Our best sales associates are currently on pace to make between $50,000 to $60,000 a year between commissions and hourly rate. Training is paid and we offer both Full Time and Part Time positions. Advancement through our Career Plan will create opportunities for additional income.

Ideal candidates MUST:

-Be willing to smile and greet all customers

-Be friendly and a team player

-Be willing and able to follow systems (Accurately)

-Able to be on your feet most of your shift working outdoors

- Be aware and attentive to surroundings

- No visible tattoos

- Clean-cut appearance

-Available for either 5:30am-1:30pm or 1:00pm-9:00pm shift preferably any day of the week (weekends are busy at the car wash) so we need to be adequately staffed

-Must have reliable transportation

-Must be dependable and have a cellphone

Additional preferred skills would include:

-Mechanical aptitude

-Energetic

-Self-motivated

-Basic computer skills

-Bilingual

Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages:

60% Customer Interaction

20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)

10% Bending/Stooping/Twisting/Lifting

5% Opening/Closing Procedures

5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties
