Etna Interactive, a digital marketing agency in San Luis Obispo, CA, is seeking a Web Development Supervisor with at least 2 years of team leadership experience.

The Web Development Supervisor role is responsible for ensuring the successful operation of the Web Development arm of the Technology Department. Working closely with the Sr. Manager of Technology, this role is responsible for mitigating challenges, supporting a growth-orientated work environment, and driving productivity. Project communication, workflow, quality and profitability as well as team leadership are critical elements to this role.
