Outside Sales Manager - Windstream Kinetic High Speed Internet

We are currently looking for a sales manager to expand our operations in the Fayetteville area. As a member of the C4 Connections / Windstream team you will be introducing high speed fiber internet service to residential customers that have never had access to this type of speed previously.

As a sales manager, you will be responsible for:

Recruiting, training and maintaining a productive sales team.

Becoming a product and technical expert on the product suite.

Recognizing, rewarding and motivating staff.

Ensuring retention of sales agents.

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:

1+ years sales experience, preferably sales management experience.
