Residential/Commercial Construction Project Mngr/Lead Tech Needed

We are currently hiring for an experienced Residential/Commercial Project Manager and/or Lead Handyman for a full time, direct hire position in Rancho Cucamonga.

We are a fully licensed, insured, and bonded restoration company that work on fire, water, and wind damage reconstruction/repair projects. We operate throughout San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties.

Successful candidate will have experience managing residential/commercial build projects from start to finish both on site and remotely. Project Manager will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the project on a daily basis. Lead Handyman will be responsible for directing crewmembers, completing allocated responsibilities/duties, and keep account of completed tasks while planning for following tasks.

The ability to think on your feet, communicate well with others, and lead by example are crucial towards the process in completing the project within budget and in a timely manner.

Project Manager/Lead Handyman requirements:

- Have an eye for detail.

- Some Knowledge of residential/commercial building components and how residential/commercial buildings are structurally put together.

- Ability to meet deadlines to minimize project's financial losses and maintain client confidence and satisfaction.

- Successful residential "bags-on" construction experience is a plus

- 2-5 years successful Project Management experience is preferred

- Own set of basic construction tools/equipment/safety equipment (company can supply or have access to additional tools or equipment)

- Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish)

- Previous experience/knowledge in water mitigation, fire damage repairs, odor control/removal, smoke remediation is a plus

- Good driving record

- Occasionally performing a variety of carpentry work

- Overseeing team members and trade contractors to ensure top quality work

- Ability to organize and track multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to visualize projects and visualize processes.

- Exceptional organizational skills: MUST be able to keep paperwork in order, detail-oriented list maker and note taker.

- Job requires ability to perform visual inspections of all areas of a residential/commercial construction project, when needed

Pay is commensurate with experience
