Working one-on-one with a patient

We currently have more than 5 patients in the Athens and Winder area looking for Fulltime and Part Time opportunities as (LPN)s and (RN)s. Our caregivers are responsible for: Following the plan of care and communicating necessary revisions to the Nursing Supervisor/Clinical Manager

Providing patient care, which requires specialized nursing skills

Preparing clinical progress notes

Counseling the patient and family/caregivers about nursing and related needs

Participating in in-service programs, supervising, and teaching other nursing personnel

Understanding and adhering to policies and procedures

Processing orders and notifying patient’s physician of needs and changes in condition

Completing certification/recertification orders and discharge summaries

Observing confidentiality, safeguarding all patient related information

Completing documentation and paperwork in a timely manner

Reporting any patient incidents, variances, or complaints immediately to Clinical Manager/ Nursing Supervisor

Demonstrating competency with technical skills, according to established procedures

Reporting all incomplete work assignments to Clinical Manager/Nursing Supervisor

Maintaining professionalism, including clean appearance and punctual

Demonstrating effective time management skills

Demonstrating sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision making

Calmly responding to emergency situations

Licensed Practical Nurse/ Registered Nurse Work Hours Shifts:Full Time, Part Time, Nights, Weekdays/WeekendsMinimum Licensure/Certification: CPR (Hands On, Cognitive and Skills)

PPD/TB/Chest Xray

Nursing License- Compact or GA
