Job type: Contract (10-12 Months+)Location: Will start remote (Must be local to NJ)Job Description:Our Client will be purchasing and implementing a Contract Management System (CLM) for B2B Sales and for Sourcing / Purchasing. The Business Analyst will perform two key roles: 1) defining business requirements and assisting in translating requirements to technical specifications and 2) defining and executing test scenarios and cases to ensure requirements were implemented as specified. The Business Analyst will work with business and technology teams to understand required work flows and data management, integrations and other requirements, and document the requirements.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide full business analysis and QA for PIB Sales and Sourcing projects. The PIB Sales project will integrate the CLM with Salesforce.Business Analysis Define and document business requirements through working sessions:o Define functional requirements for workflows and process flows for the full life-cycle of contracts.o Define all use cases.o Analyze contract types and templates, rationalize templates to determine new structures, define new requirements for templates.o Define changes to e-sign formats.o Define contract hierarchy structure.o Define metadata required, field types and values, validation rules.o Define metadata used per contract template.o Define approvals process.o Define alerts and reporting requirements.o Define integrations, data synchronization and process flow.o Define roles and capabilities required per role. Working with the CLM vendor and project team, validate that the requirements are properly translated into design and technical specifications.POSITION REQUIREMENTS Business Analyst with 5-7 years experience in working with business stakeholders in developing functional requirements and use case definitions, and developing associated documentation. Experience as a business analyst with a Contract Lifecycle Management System and with Salesforce. Experienced in analyzing and normalizing contracts. Experienced developing functional specs for complex data flows, interrelated systems and integrations. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
