We currently have an opening for a Sales/ Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the generation of new business. This is done through both acquiring new clients and expanding our services within existing clients. The BDM must be incredibly adept at communicating at all levels of an organization as they create long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships. Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Identify & develop effective relationships with key client contacts in new and existing clients to define strategic objectives .
  • Target new accounts in All IT Industry and develop New business prospecting and development strategies
  • Actively participate in networking opportunities to assist in identifying and seizing opportunities to develop new business.
  • Needs to meet clients at their location in order to gather technical requirements which are most important, that helps the organization to acquire the desired goals.
  • Promote company's corporate image through participation in business organizations, community activities and customer relations.
Develops strategies aimed at achieving revenue and other financial targets. Negotiates new client contracts, renewals and extensions Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • 10 plus years’ experience in IT/application consulting and/or outsourcing
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency and Excellent organizational skills
  • Must have an IT Consulting background
  • Demonstrate experience and knowledge to support both the sales of new business opportunities and delivery of services to Clients in the IT and applications space
  • Identifying, qualifying and selling large and complex services engagements that include intelligent automation of IT/applications, ITSM and/or ITIL processes
  • Experience working with large enterprise applications, preferably SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or Workday
