- Demonstrated expertise in the VMWare Virtual server environment, EMC storage, EMC Isilon, Microsoft Orchestrator, VMware vxRail
- Familiarity with server hardware platform and operating system software for the relevant operating systems computing environment
- Expertise in Storage infrastructure design and management (SAN, Dell EMC Data Domain data deduplication storage system, EMC Isilon)
- Expertise in Virtual Server infrastructure design and management
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN and ability to solve networking problems in the course of daily systems administration duties
- Strong communication skills; demonstrated ability to understand customer/user experience
- Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs and to marry multiple tools together to solve problems
- Ability to develop and deliver projects using (when appropriate) leading-edge technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving background
- Solid project management skills planning and monitoring projects, with ability to multitask and manage/co-manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment
