Advertising Operations Analyst Needham, MA Appcast is looking for an Advertising Operations Analyst to join our Partnerships team based in the Fredericton, NB office. The primary responsibility of this role is to, using data, optimize the advertising strategy for our key customers and manage their custom ad campaigns. The individual must have experience managing SEM or Social Ad campaigns. The individual will be called on routinely from departments across the organization including Sales, Product, Publisher Development as well as our Executive team to generate and analyze ad hoc reports. She/He will be expected to not only generate reports but to provide clear actionable insights, work with product to improve bidding strategy and work internally to improve existing processes. Responsibilities
- Run daily, weekly and monthly reports to gauge the health of Appcast's ad exchanges
- Identify opportunities to optimize the way the team interacts with partners and customers and drive improvements with an eye towards scalability.
- Partner with a variety of internal teams as well as external partners to generate ad hoc reports and analysis of such reports as needed.
- Partner closely with the Account Management, Bidding and Partnerships teams to identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
- 1-3 years experience with SEM or Social ad buying
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (including Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc)
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Constant curiosity, genuine interest to continue learning and eager to solve problems
- Degree in Economics or Mathematics (ideally, not required)
