Kelly Services is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst for a client who powers the world's largest cloud platform dedicated to small, independent ventures. This is a Remote role required to work in PST and MST time Zones. Job Title: Technical Systems/ Business Analyst Location: Scottsdale, AZ. Type: Contract (W2) Pay Rate - $35/HR (W2 - All inclusive) Duration - 1 year - Possibility to extend or convert Schedule: 8-5 - sometimes will have early morning meeting Expected Start Date: January 18 th or 25 th 2021 Job Description: Our Client is implementing the ServiceNow HR onboarding module. The technical business analyst will be responsible for working with all key stakeholders to gather their requirements for onboarding, offboarding, termination and transition of all our workers. The key stakeholders include, HR, IT, IAM, Security.
- The business systems analyst will draft these requirements and processes end to end. We will use these requirements and processes to come up with the solution that will implement in the HR onboarding module.
- The business analyst will also be responsible for helping to come up with test scripts and scenarios as we work through the pre implementation of this project. They will help to create and implement the test plans for deployment. During deployment they will help the team capture defects and bugs that need to be fixed.
- The Technical business analyst's job is to bridge the gap between businesses and technical coworkers. Communicating technical information means translating business requirements into technical plans and translating technical terms into business requirements and actions. An analyst must assess the business and align the technical requirements to business projects and project goals.
- A Technical Analyst communicates technical specifications to business management while communicating with technical teams a business's project needs. A Technical Analyst's job essentially is to be a communicator and facilitator of technology between those whose jobs are technical, and those who do not understand technical language or do not have a higher level of technical abilities.
- A Technical Analyst has several duties and responsibilities in an organization. The responsibilities relate to being a communicator of technical knowledge. A technical analyst is someone who knows how to research and interview diverse people for information.

- Analyze and organize the gathered information to understand and implement project requirements
- Work on employee engagement during projects by going between management and employees
- facilitate a consistent and organized flow of information during projects
