Essential Functions
  • Provides leadership to the IT team including data management, application development, and infrastructure/support.
  • Build and maintain an excellent culture and positive sense of team and cooperation.
  • Ensures team and personal growth while advancing into the most appropriate technologies.
  • Ensures excellence in the software development and delivery model and provides a team centric architectural direction.
  • Oversees and optimizes 3rd party engagements, including cost, SLAs, strategic alignment and insource vs. outsource decisions.
  • Oversees development of SaaS products and other progressive, client facing technology solutions.
  • Maintains optimized data storage, security, and access while selecting and implementing the most appropriate technologies for current and future needs.
  • Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; and
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with full stack .Net development.
  • Experience in Azure cloud technologies including application, infrastructure, and migration.
  • Experience with progressive data management processes and technologies.
  • Experience with development of SaaS technologies and client facing applications.

  • Demonstration of strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
