Salesforce Administrator/ Business Analyst

Location: Fall River, MA Salary: DOE Description: Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator/ Business Analyst encompassing administration and development with a focus on guidance i.e. (identifying inefficiencies and providing solutions).This is a REMOTE role to begin (East Coast based hours ). However, it will be on site post pandemic, so local candidates to the Greater Fall river / providence RI area are preferredThe Administration and Developing role will focus on the Sales and Service Clouds that are being presently underutilized. Will examine case management and the opportunity process that has been deployed for the business line. The Business Analyst role will require experience with the requirement gathering process and utilizing Agile project management techniques. Working with the business lines, will be responsible for gathering business line requirements, solution(s) development, coordinating quality control, and code deployment.
