We leverage a Full Stack Cloud Platform, AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, and Data Science to predict customer behavior and needs so Revenue Leaders and Sales People have the highest quality leads before the competition. We are very well funded, growing quickly with a 2021 hiring plan set to more than double sales headcount. In order to fuel our growth, we are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and double headcount from 8 to 15 this year.If you are a veteran of SaaS sales with a track record of coaching and mentoring sales teams to exceed a minimum of $3.5MM in ARR, we'd love to hear from you!

Job DetailsAbout The Opportunity:
  • Pure coach role
  • Lead a team of 8 Commercial Account Executives with quotas ranging from $500k-$750k and grow the team to 15 within the first 2 quarters of 2021.
  • Develop newly promoted BDRs and Account Executives early in their career to up-level their skillsets and exceed quota plans
Minimum Requirements:
  • 2+ years Sales Leadership (pure coach) position
  • Has been responsible for $3.5MM+ team quota with a track record of success
  • Has managed a team of at least 5 Account Executives
  • Strong leader, trainer, and coach
  • Experienced selling B2B Software to Lines of Business (not IT/Engineering).
  • Experience selling to Sales and Marketing leaders highly preferred
