Our client, a global financial services firm, is seeking an FX Sales

Location: New York, NY / Chicago, IL / San Francisco, CA / Stamford, CT

Position Type: Full Time

Overview: We are looking to fill numerous positions across the US and will consider candidates at various stages in their sales career.

Job Summary: The Global Payments Division is expanding in the corporate space and is hiring talented corporate salespeople. Candidates should have experience in global cross-border payments, hedging in forwards, NDFs and options and a good understanding of the global financial markets. Client will be coming to market with a payments platform that allows clients to hedge across asset classes. Knowledge in other markets, including commodities, interest rates etc. is a clear advantage. Positions will be available around the US with the main locations being New York City/Stamford CT, Chicago IL and San Francisco, CA.

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities: -Undertake sales activities, marketing activities and develop strategic partnerships as needed to connect with and convert prospects from target sectors. The role also requires relationship management and the ability to grow business from existing accounts. -As such, one in this role must demonstrate success in the following areas: -Growth of a book of business from the ground up -Sales pipeline development - including but not limited to prospect research, cold calling, networking, sales lifecycle management -The job holder must be willing to complete all required internal compliance training and adhere to all internal processes.

Job Requirements: -Proven sales & marketing skills -Exceptional communication skills -Able to build trust at the highest level of an organization -Self-starter who can work remotely -Ability to work collaboratively with others in the Global Payments Division and cross-functionally within -Professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail -Ability to win clients and maintain existing client relationships -Ability to work highly effectively remotely

Physical requirements/Working conditions: -Climate controlled office environment -Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials -Dynamic, time-sensitive environment
