Sales Force Admin/Dev

Location: Blue Bell, PA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sales Force Admin/Dev [ Additional Description ] We are looking for a person that has: Deep understanding of Salesforce.com technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements and all related policies and procedures Solid understanding of sales, service and marketing analytics, including reporting on territory and pipeline health, forecasting, campaign effectiveness, and data quality metrics in a multi-channel environment Experience with Lightning applications and development Experience with custom reporting, modifying pages, views and dashboards Project management - Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects; understands core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods Experience working with workflows and triggers to automate tasks Knowledge of databases and proficiency in data manipulation and cleaning Good communication and documentation skills An eagerness to support business processes with technological solutions Preferred Requreiments Bachelor's Degree preferred in the following field: Computer Science or Information Technology, or experience as substitute Experience developing in other programming languages such as C#, VB, or Java preferred Consulting experience is a plus Familiarity with Healthcare or Life Science industries are a plus Experience integrating with Tableau, or other data visualization platforms Qualifications 3+ years of CRM experience and proven understanding of a full software development lifecycle 3+ years of hands-on experience with packaged applications, including Salesforce, Microsoft, Siebel, SAP, or similar enterprise-level applications Current Salesforce Administrator Certification Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce implementing full project lifecycles BA or BS in Business or Management Information Systems preferredContact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
