  • Onshore offshore delivery model
  • Working to outsource dev/work to India team
  • Grow India practice together
  • We are looking for real sales experience.
  • We want someone to identify the clients and showing them that you would be able to fulfill the needs and build the relationships. We don’t need sales head kind of person but someone who is on the ground and can open few accounts/logos for us in the desired service areas

- 8-10 years of experience in Sales- Business Development, Client Relationship Management and experience working with OEMS like Pega, Microsoft, Salesforce or similar software solutions. ( MUST HAVE) -Familiar with the offshore delivery model, coordinate with offshore team and will be able to upsell offshore services in US Market- Experience of selling enterprise software platforms/solutions At least 5 years of experience selling similar IT solutions /services in USA. Main responsibilities:- Responsible for achieving NEW bookings/ NEW Client accounts from assigned set of target accounts and territory. Must be able to build New Customer base/ new logos.- Work with Presales, and Delivery team in India to define to increase revenues and create thought leadership within the client's organization.- Plan, forecast revenue numbers and meet forecasted numbers.
