Project Manager (Billing Expertise) - Contract to Hire

Will need to be an experienced PM and would need to be self-directing; billing expertise is criticalThis person would be managing the RapidScale billing integration project along with one other smaller yet highly matrixed projectBilling Engagement (Customer Notification Program) Single Bill (primarily for larger customers such as gov, schools, etc.):Current State - Must be able to provide single bill with Cloud Solutions and legacy CB services for eRate/Public Sector to avoid opportunity going out to bid via RFPICB billing/revenue recognition processes will not scale Target State - Single Bill across all client Business and NBV services (as required by use case) with appropriate revenue allocation on the backend Will need to be able to step into a current engage, navigate the current environment and quickly come up to speed. Agile experience would be a plusDomain knowledge and/or experience managing a project around consolidation of billing data to produce a bill for the customer is required in some form.
