Help Desk Analyst

Description Robert Half Technology is currently hiring for a contract to full-time position that will be based out of Smyrna, Ga. He/She will be support financial advisors in with applications, software as well as network connectivity issues. Requirements This position will require someone with at least 2 years of prior help desk support experience and should be comfortable supporting end users completely remotely. Candidates will need to have familiarity with remotely accessing end users workstations, network connectivity (troubleshooting VPN issues) as well as having familiarity with software and application support.
