Marketing Project Manager

Description TCG Atlanta is looking for a Marketing Project Manager for a client in the Commercial Real Estate industry.Responsibilities:- Head a strong team of digital specialists and manage the digital strategy- Navigate more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives- Head weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI- Help product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to better the customer journey & experience- Schedule take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives- Grow, set up, devise, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; additionally spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions- Dispatch clear communications to the customer that are applicable to their needs and life stage- Secure that the CRM plan is executed according to plan and within budget Requirements - 5-7 years of Commercial Real Estate Marketing Experience - Extraordinary skill in shaping digital brands with strong ROI - Past experience in management- Real Estate Industry experience highly desired- Solid understanding of B2B Marketing- Affiliate Marketing experience preferred - Exposure to Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS) - Highly-skilled in vendor management - Well thought out multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency - A proportional mix of skill, management experience and initiative - Proficient in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM - Knowledge in frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site The Creative Group (TCG), a Robert Half company, matches creative, digital, and marketing professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a freelance, project or direct-hire basis.
