Desktop Support Analyst

Description Robert Half Technology is currently hiring a desktop support analyst in Norcross, Georgia. If interested, please apply with your resume to Candidates in this position will be providing both deskside as well as remote troubleshooting support to end users. This will include computer, software, printer and application issues. Candidates will be the first contact resolution of desktop issues or follow proper escalation procedures and must provide accurate, timely, and detail-oriented resolution on all supported issues by accurately logging, ticketing, and tracking/owning all incidents. Requirements Candidates in this role must have a minimum of 1 year of true desktop support experience supporting users remotely and deskside. Main responsibilities of the position will be to provide support with basic networking issues, printer issues and any hardware and software tickets that comes along. He/She must have excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once while working with little or no direct supervision.
