(Previous experience working for a Managed IT Services firm is mandatory)You must have 2 years' experience providing help desk support.You must be able to provide desktop support (primarily Windows 10 Pro) within a domain environment.You must be able to join and dis-join workstations to and from a domain.You must be able to connect workstations to wired and wireless networks.You must be able to assign permissions on the local workstation.You must be able to map drives to network shares.You must be able to setup printers locally and connect to network printers, both shared and direct via TCP/IP.You must be able to support Outlook Clients connecting to Office 365.You must have experience installing and providing basic support for the Microsoft Office Suite.You must have experience installing and supporting commonly used applications such as Adobe and Google Chrome.You must be able to provide basic Office 365 user administration. This means creating a user, resetting a password, forwarding users, deleting users, and assigning licenses.Note: We are looking for you to be proficient with desktop related support. Network or server experience is a plus.Requirements:Candidate must have an understanding and interest in the small business environment dynamics.Exceptional customer focus and strong professional acumen.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.Excellent analytical, problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.This position requires ability to cover on call shifts as neededThis position may require on-site client support visitsThis position will currently be remote as we continue to navigate through the Covid-19 PandemicPrevious experience working with ConnectWise is preferred.
