- Responsible for leading IT support across geographically disperse offices
- Responsible for managing vendors
- Responsible to work with outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Responsible for maturing support Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Responsible for maturing Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Responsible for maturing Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Responsible for deploying Microsoft Office365 (O365)
- Ability to prioritize work and exercise good judgement while managing multiple tasks involved in support, development, and project management
- Can function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer-oriented team, perform effectively as an independent producer under broad management direction, and demonstrate a willingness to support the team on all levels to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Proven management experience within IT support
- Background in help desk and infrastructure support
- Experience working with vendors
- Relevant experience with DR, BCP, SOP
- Strong O365 experience and deployment or migration
- 1-3 years in technical management and leadership
- 3-5 Help Desk and Infrastructure support
- Experience with O365 migration or deployment
- Experience with DR, BCP, SOP
- ERP support experience
- Experience with Epicor Prophet21 a major plus.
