NEW IT Change Control Manager 100% RemoteWell branded industry leader is seeking an IT Change Control Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all IT change management and control processes that ensure the enterprise is configured and managed in a manner which provides assurance and confidence that it is robust and stable at all times and that all changes to production IT systems and applications meet compliance and risk management objectives.- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years related configuration/change management experience, preferably within the restaurant or retail industries.
- Prior Project Management experience with demonstrated successful project delivery.Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Considerable knowledge of change and release management principles, procedures and techniques.
- Knowledge of standards and best practices relevant to the information technology industry (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, CMM).
- Knowledge of basic problem resolution and escalation practices.
- Ability to apply analysis and creative thinking when solving problems and conflict resolution.
- Ability to provide acute attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization.
- Decision making ability within specified parameters. Independent and collaborative decision making.
- Skilled at identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to effectively establish and maintain relationships across the organization.
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.
- Significant experience organizing and/or supporting configuration control boards.
- Experience with IT operations, software development lifecycles (SDLC), IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
